Tastefully decorated- This 1400 square foot, two bedroom home features a fully equiped kitchen, laundry room, and 1.5 bathrooms. For work or play, enjoy satelite TV and wireless internet on soft "cushy" couches.

• Features- - The "Carriage House" was converted to guest quarters which features two bedrooms (upstairs) furnished with comfortable queen beds. Each bedroom has a full size hide-a-bed couch to accommodate extra guests. A daybed with trundle (sleeps two) is included.

• Private yard - The carriage house shares a 3/4 acre lot with the Judge Fehl House. You will enjoy a charming backyard with patio and BBQ grill seperate from the Fehl house.
